Customer Service was A++ all the way

As usual customer service was A++++++++ all the way. I did ask technician about one of my wall register and we agreed he would look at it after doing the maintenance on the two units. I think we both forgot about it when he completed the service.

Tech resolved the issues

Technician resolved technical issues from an earlier update of the alarm system, If all the work had been done properly this visit would not have been needed. Issue was that zones had not been updated and information on the system changes not recorded by POST.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend.  HVAC repairs can be a tricky business.  I’ve been using AirTro for 17 years for everything from a filter change to major system repairs.
