I have the Lennox iComfort system and was having a problem with the system’s zoning function turning off. Even though the visiting technician did not have a good working knowledge of the system, he called the in-house expert, Cole, who visited me the next day and made some adjustments to the system

My new Lennox system was installed about 2 1/2 years ago, and am still loving it. We have had no problems, and are very happy with it.
