Puntcual and courteous

The service representative was punctual, courteous, thorough, explained everything so I understood the problem and how he was going to fix the problem, and explained the cost of repair.

Serviceman explained everything

Serviceman was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did as he went along. He was friendly and courteous. Definitely will use Air-Tro again.
