Excellent customer service. My elderly mom’s AC went out in heat wave. Air-tro made the special effort to have a technician at residence within hours. Technician Christopher G. repaired the system, was informative & communicative. That’s 5 star costumer service!
Within a week of contacting Air -Tro my new air conditioning unit was up and running perfectly. Chris and Beano worked well together and the installation was done within a few hours. They insisted on cleaning up afterwards although there wasn.t much to clean up.
