Carlos was very knowledgeable. He did a basic service and diagnostic for us. He serviced our unit and explained a few things he could do to correct some problems. Knowing that we are do-it-yourselfers he explained in detail what problems we were having and we decided to fix them ourselves.

After we were informed about this problem we called Air-Tro to confirm the problem and give us an estimate of cost to repair it.
