Good service person. Courteous and thorough. However, he wore his shoes in my light-color carpeted sitting room and left some black marks (perhaps from my roof) on the carpet that we could not remove entirely. I did not notice it until after he had left. Recommend that you use plastic shoe covers as

Very helpful and thorough

Last service very helpful after I had a power outage and strange noise came from the heater. Service man was very thorough so I felt safe after he was done.
