They were prompt and courtious. They answered all our questions and explained in detail what would be done. They were on time, and completed the job in the time estimated. In one area they damaged some wood and they paid for repairs and painting. We called them twice regarding noise from both inflow

Apart from being courteous they respected what we were trying to achieve in the basement.
