I would have rated higher, but when I first called, Daniel forgot to schedule my appointment and I spent all day waiting at home for nothing. When I called on Monday to find out what happened for my Saturday appointment, another person (a girl, didn’t get her name) mentioned that I was not scheduled

Very impressive work ethic

We had an unusual issue with our A/C, the compressor would shut off after about 2 hours. It took three visit from AIR-TRO and Mike K. was finally able to discover We were very impressed by the work ethic each of your technicians demonstrated in trying to solve our issue and will highly recommend you
