Persistent & professional, overcoming a difficult problem removing the old unit.

Donnie was able to overcom ea very difficult problem to remove the old u nit. He was persistent and professional in the installation of the new furnace.Excellent job. Very courteous; covered the floor and rugs with drop cloth and cleaned up afterward.
