Work done: Install all new Energy Star high efficiency central heating and air conditioning with two-speed furnace and air conditioner. Includes upgrading home electrical service and installing whole-house indoor air quality filtering system.

Lower than the estimate

Wow, it works fantastic. The system works better than we expected, and we now have a cool and comfortable working office on the 3rd level, even on the hottest days! This was a great solution and less expensive than adding a second cooling unit!

Work done: We have a tri-level townhouse and the upstairs never got cool. Kevin suggested a split-zone system that would allow our single unit to function as if it were two units, cooling the upper and lower levels independently.

I am pleased with the installation and expect I will have the heating unit replaced and put in the attic next year. These guys Mario and crew made sure my dog was in the house (other work going on as well) and helped me with my washing machine! Just great guys! I will always recommend Air-Tro, Kevin
