Professionals all around.

The tech was masked and courteous. Did a check and then I noted an issue that I was having with a vent. He said no problem and 10 minutes later he was done. Just Professionals all around as was our original install.

We bought our first HVAC system from Air-Tro 22 years ago, replacing a gravity flow heating and asbestos covered ducts. It was a good idea and worked perfectly until a few months ago.

Work done: Remove and dispose of old R22 5 ton furnace, condenser and coil. Recycle the refrigerant. Install new 14 SEER air conditioner and ultra-low NOx furnace in replacement.

Work done: Put in new 95% efficient furnace with matching MERV 11 pleated filter for good indoor air quality. Install new 4 ton 16 SEER condenser to cool the observatory and adjacent bedroom.

The entire process was amazingly simple and efficient.

The entire proces of replacing our HVAC system (unexpectedly in July 2020 during coronavirus) was amazingly simple and efficient. From Jose giving us options to Tony installing the system, we were verypleased with everything!

Work done: Removal of old 4 ton system outside and in the basement, and replacing it with new high efficiency units. Included new smart thermostat and MERV 13 pleated air filter to protect indoor air quality.

I’d give a 10 star rating if possible! From the point of calling to the fix of the air conditioning unit, they are amazingly kind and professional thru and thru.I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Air-Tro. They have a new customer with me. Thank you Anthony and Air-Tro!
