Professional and Reliable

Air-Tro installed our central air/heating unit 23 years ago. We have them service our unit two times/year per their recommendation. Their servicemen are professional and reliable.

We wouldn’t consider anyone else

We have been residential Air-Tro customers for more than 20 years, and we would not consider anyone else to provide air and heating service. Even when we moved 30 miles away (five years ago), we asked them to provide service at our home and they have continued to deliver outstanding service for us.

Great!

Completed all the work inside and then went outside to check the outdoor equipment. It all took about an hour to finish everything. Completed the paperwork, explained to me exactly what he did, took payment and left. He sent me pictures of what he checked so I know exactly what he did. Great!

Thank you Peter, Chris and the crew for making a HUGE improvement in our A/C and ehat flow!! Replacing all the ducts and a new filter made all the difference. You were courteous and professional. GREAT WORK :).

Work done: The existing ducts were poorly installed and badly laid out. All were removed and replaced with proper sizes, properly installed. Included a new MERV 11 filter.

It feels good

It feels good to have heat in the house. The $800 discount made good business sense on Air-Tro’s part.

I was very impressed

I was very impressed with Chris, Oscar and Maro. They were very thorough. They investigated an unusual sound and found a small object that had fallen into the duct!
