Fast response

The response was fast and the technician diagnosed the problem right away and came up with a work around to give us heat from our heat pump while we are waiting for the part to come in.

Very patient and good at explaining

Both Chris & Donny were very patient in asnwering all my questions and very good at explaining what work was being done as things progressed. Donny did a great job repairing the drywalll and painting the ceiling in my hallway.

Very professional

Workers were very professional and worked steadily. They kept me updated on their progress and what they would do extra to make the installation quality. Don and Marco were fantastic. I would certainly recommend Air Tro to my friends.
