Work done: Update central heating and air conditioning with new variable-speed technology. Both new furnace and new condensing unit have variable frequency drive motors for peak efficiency, low noise operation.

Work done: Remove older equipment and replace with two-speed air conditioner and two-stage furnace. This allows the equipment to run at a lower speed during moderate conditions, saving energy and utility expense.

Work done: Remove old malfunctioning Coaire ductless split system for the back house. Replace with variable-speed compressor-driven ductless split system. Includes new refrigerant and drain lines.

Work done: Remove and replace the central heating and air conditioning serving the first floor. Includes two-stage variable speed fan on the furnace and variable-speed compressor on the air conditioning.
