Satisfied with the service

AirTro maintains (and maybe installed) the air conditioning equipment at my church, Altadena Community Church, United Church of Christ, and we have been satisfied with the service. Though AirTro did not install my current heating/air conditioning service, I have had maintenance done by your company

On time and professional

Angel from Air-Tro Inc showed up on time, professionally dressed with his tools in his pocket. Air-Tro replaced our thermostat that had died earlier this week within one hour and he even programmed it for us.

Friendly service & pleasant techs.

Friendly customer phone service and your service representative was not only pleasant, but recommended the unit on the outside should be cleaned as well as the filters on my ductless inside (thought it should have been included in the maintenance call) .
