He may have saved our lives!

This was a routine annual maintenance. The tech found a carbon monoxide leak in furnace and noted our alarm was out of date. Turned off gas to furnace. He may have saved our lives! Thank you.

Excellent job

I had my unit inspected. The mechanic (Edgar )did an excellent job and recommended I replace the inducer blower.

Tech resolved the issues

Technician resolved technical issues from an earlier update of the alarm system, If all the work had been done properly this visit would not have been needed. Issue was that zones had not been updated and information on the system changes not recorded by POST.
