I went with your company

Had a new unit installed last year. You company was the lowest bid but since you install my unit at 2405 Casa Grande, Pasadena. I went with you company.

Extremely helpful

Both Jessica at the office and Aaron Salcido the Technician were extremely helpful, kind and cheerful. I was such a great pleasure to deal with a company that still believes in customer service and treats their customers well.

I’m very pleased

I have a maintenance contract with Air-Tro… it was February and I had not heard from you so I called. A technician was sent out to perform the service quickly and he was both on time and called before he arrived. I’m very pleased with Air-Tro service.

Courteous technician

The initial and courteous technician, Chris, left the area not fully disconnected (see your papers). A second man came to see the house and later provide a bid for a new or partial system. He timely secured a second technician to inspect the work and fix it which did happen.
