Used shoe covers in our home.

Six months ago was the first time using AirTro. Technician was professional, even using shoe covers when entering house and placing mat on hardwood floor before using ladder. This time, technician did not use shoe covers or mat; walked back and forth through our house to get to condenser in back yar

Polite and accomodating

Daniel polite and accommodating by phone in making appointment. But, unit purchased from Air Tro (2009) now supposedly needs thousands of dollars in repairs because the refrigerant leaked out although location of leak(s) is still undiagnosed after $124. Dave keeps our old system going.

I have a very old system that David has kept going–twice now. Somehow he found no problems this time, but it started and is on its third day. Because I have 30 days, we can see if it continues to function.

AirTro has been servicing my heater and air conditioner for many years now. Jose is always prompt, pleasant and qualified. He informs me if there is a problem, but does not try to ”sell”. I would recommend this company to my friends.
