Always pleased

Air-Tro services our home here, in Fullerton, my mom’s home in Sierra Madre, and also has serviced our daughter’s place in Brentwood and our son’s place in Redondo Beach. We are always pleased with the service.

Emmy and Mikey worked their butts off

The installation (done by Emmy and Mikey) was great, those two guys worked their butts off even in a heat wave.  The install looks fantastic and it’s wonderful to have a working HVAC in our home again.  I would definitely recommend Air-Tro to anybody that needs service to their existing HVAC to get

The install looks fantastic

Bob gave us insightful opinions about what kind of insulation to put in our new attic. The installation (done by Emmy and Mikey) was great, those two guys worked their butts off even in a heat wave. The install looks fantastic and it’s wonderful to have a working HVAC in our home again.

As always, a positive experience

As always, a positive experience. Friendly employees from the time of setting up appt to the service call. My only frustration this time was, I had to have a a service call twice in one week. It appears that the first visit didn’t resolve the issue (though he thought he did) and had to have someone
