Always nice & professional

We have been doing business with Air Tro for years. All of our AC units on top of our building have been installed by Air Tro. Tony has always been nice and professional anytime I have talked to him on the phone or in person. All of your technicians are always very nice when I talk to them before

Serviceman was great

We got Air-Tro service on April 4th for both 3119 (home) and 3127 (Office) , and Mario, service man was great, but he told me at the end not to use Heat until repaired at 3127 Nichols Canyon Road. LA, CA 90046 address, and someone from office will call for the appointment, but no one called me at 3

Fast, clean and courteous.

The install crew was fast, clean, and courteous. This was the second time I have used them to install a packaged rooftop unit. The first time was almost 23 years ago – enough said.
