Work done: Pull out old furnace and remove the old condenser from the backyard. Replace with new R410a equipment and Ultra-low NOx furnace. Purge and flush existing refrigerant lines.

What an amazing crew! Kevin Berry was very helpful and responsive to my needs and got my job setup just in time for the summer heat. Jonathan was a very knowledgeable tech and my a/c is now cranking. 100% recommended!

Work done: Arrange for abatement of existing asbestos using licensed asbestos firm. Remove attic furnace and outdoor condenser, replacing with new variable speed high efficiency equipment. Inclde new ultraviolet air purifier mounted in the ductwork.

Work done: Take out old ducts and equipment from the house and garage. Install new R8 insulated ducts with balancing dampers in the attic, new furnace in the garage and new condenser outside.
