Daniel polite and accommodating by phone in making appointment. But, unit purchased from Air Tro (2009) now supposedly needs thousands of dollars in repairs because the refrigerant leaked out although location of leak(s) is still undiagnosed after $124. Since we have maintenance agreement I thought

I really like working with them

My new Lennox system was installed about 2 1/2 years ago, and am still loving it. We have had no problems, and are very happy with it. My service technician has been Jose C. since I started with you, and hope to be able to keep him. He knows his stuff, and takes all the time I need to get my questions answered.

Always nice & professional

We have been doing business with Air Tro for years. All of our AC units on top of our building have been installed by Air Tro. Tony has always been nice and professional anytime I have talked to him on the phone or in person. All of your technicians are always very nice when I talk to them before
